Lodge #16 Rushmore at-large was chartered in 2003. The Rushmore Lodge is an At-Large lodge created to offer FOP membership to Officers in areas that do not have access to a local lodge. Rushmore members receive the same benefits as local lodge members. The Rushmore Lodge is governed by the South Dakota State Lodge Officers. Applications to the Rushmore Lodge are available here. Completed applications can be mailed to the State Secretary at the address on the application.
